Fall Harvest

Butternut squash for a large family…no messing around here!  We grow Gurney’s Argonaut Squash. They’re like butternut squash on steroids.  The one on the far right weighs 13lbs!

One squash is just right for a big pot of bisque, a couple of pies or for roasting as a side dish or for mashing.  They’re sweet and delicious, and they store well out in the garage after harvesting.
